Job Summary

We are seeking professional, friendly, and well-presented Hosts/Hostesses to welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, and special functions. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a positive experience by assisting with registration, providing information, and supporting the smooth operation of events.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests, delegates, and VIPs in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage guest registration, check-in, and badge distribution.

*

Escort guests to meeting rooms, conference halls, or designated areas.

*

Provide information about event schedules, venues, and facilities.

*

Assist speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and VIP guests as required.

*

Manage information desks and respond to guest inquiries.

*

Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth event operations.

*

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organization'

Qualifications

*

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field is an advantage.

*

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, events, conferences, or front office is preferred.
