£12.21hr PAYE

We are looking for a reliable Caretaker/Housekeeper, this a 30 hour a week contract, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 2:30pm

This role is ideal for someone with previous facilities or cleaning experience who can work independently and follow clear protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain cleanliness across communal areas, offices, and shared facilities

-Perform routine housekeeping and light caretaking tasks

-Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables when needed

-Identify and report maintenance or safety issues

-Follow strict site procedures, including safeguarding and security

-Work collaboratively with site staff and facilities team

Essential Requirements:

-Previous experience in cleaning, caretaking, or facilities support

-Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards

-Good time management and reliability

-Must be able to pass background and security checks
