Housekeeper

Job Introduction

As a Housekeeper  at Caverfield Buckley House, Bicester  You'll deliver housekeeping services to create a safe and healthy environment. Your role is key and you'll be a true valued member of our team. You'll interact with our armed forces personnel daily, improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!  Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do: 

• Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks in a efficient, timely manner.
• Ensure all areas of your areas are kept to a clean, healthy standard. Taking proud ownership of the work you do is something we are looking for!
• Participate in daily huddle meetings with your colleagues and supervisors
• Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, disposables and other items needed
• Be a champion of health and safety practices, If you spot a near miss? Report it! Keep yourself and your client/colleagues safe!

What you bring: 

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally housekeeping however, if you have no experience.. we offer a fabulous training and induction to get you there!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed 
• Be a team player and take instruction
