Housekeeper & Property Manager, Chelsea, London.

Tiger Private is seeking a highly experienced housekeeper with yachting experience for a beautiful private residence in Chelsea, London on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

You will be supporting a warm and welcoming UHNW young professional couple in their home. This is a hands-on position that demands a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage a newly renovated property. The role is part-time, working three days per week—ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, in December, the role will require five working days per week to support the couple’s move back into their main residence.

Responsibilities will include high-standard housekeeping, meticulous laundry care including wardrobe management, household provisioning, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventories. You will be expected to manage household contractors, report any maintenance or warranty issues, and create and maintain checklists and schedules to ensure the home is running to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in private households with a background working on yachts, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Discretion and trust are essential, as the couple greatly values their privacy.
