Housekeeper - Part-Time

We’re excited to open the doors to our stunning new community in West Byfleet, where residents enjoy independent, fulfilling lives surrounded by comfort, connection and care. We’re now looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and help make this beautiful new village feel like home from day one.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital part in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. You’ll take pride in providing an exceptional housekeeping service that supports the wellbeing and independence of everyone in our community.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning resident homes and public areas to the highest standards - dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising washrooms and kitchen spaces.
• Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all linens and garments are cleaned and presented to standard.
• Carrying out routine and seasonal deep cleans and responding promptly to any cleaning issues or incidents.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they’re stored safely and in good working order.
• Following all health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 6–12 months of housekeeping experience in a fast-paced or hospitality setting.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Works well as part of a team and supports colleagues to deliver great results.
• Understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and respect for residents’ privacy.
• Ideally has experience working with older adults or in a retirement living environment (not essential).
