Salary: £20,966.40 annually based on 28 hours a week.

We are seeking an experienced, talented and dedicated Housekeeping Manager

About the role:

As a Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for liaising with Maintenance team, Operations Manager and Head Office to address any issues within accommodation.

Housekeeping Manager will represent and deliver the highest internal and external customer service standards.
Housekeeping Manager will run day to day operation of housekeeping team, ensuring adequate staff cover based on checking in as well as departures or our guests.

Housekeeping manager will support the overall senior management of the resort to deliver excellent service to all guests on the resort

Requirements and expectations:

• You are expected to work minimum of 3 days a week Mondays, Friday and Saturday.
• 28 hours a week.
• Housekeeping Manager must be flexible and able to work at list one more day a month as well as additional days and hours when required.
• Housekeeping Manager must have driving licence and reliable form of transport to get to and from work. This role is for experienced and enthusiastic candidate who is looking for join large organisations with plenty of opportunities for future growth.
• Housekeeping manager must have experience in managing a housekeeping functions within a holiday park or hotel.
• Housekeeping manager must have experience of managing a rota system.
• Housekeeping manager will take accountability and responsibility for personal and team development.
• Housekeeping manager must be people person and have great communication.
• Housekeeping manager will be able to use Microsoft Office applications and have great attention do details.

For right candidate will offer:

• Salary: £20,966.40 annually based on 28 hours a week. Hourly rate is £14.40 per hour
• 28 days holiday entitlement including Bank holidays.
• Uniform.
• Full in-house training
• Full COSHH Training.
