Housing Support Officer - Hayes

Morgan Hunt is seeking a compassionate and proactive Housing Support Officer to join our client at YMCA in Hayes. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young and vulnerable individuals by providing essential housing support and guidance.

?? Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

?? Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour

?? Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residents, offering housing-related support and guidance.
• Monitor rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing arrears proactively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive services.
• Assist residents in engaging with progression activities and securing move-on accommodation.
• Address anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy and licence conditions.
