HR Administrator (Part-Time)

Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

£28,000 Pro Rata | Up to 25 Hours Per Week | Flexible Working days and hours

Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR Admin professional looking for a part-time opportunity with flexibility?

We’re recruiting for a fantastic HR Administrator role on behalf of a highly respected organisation based in Oxfordshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a values led, supportive team where your contribution will make a real impact. You will be involved in a broad range of HR tasks, including general administration, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes and assisting with HR projects.

What’s on Offer:

  • £28,000 pro rata salary

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR support or admin role

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office

  • A positive, proactive mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous, but not essential
