Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm (although this is flexible)

Southam Selections are working with a Credit Hire company based in Chorley who are rapidly expanding. The company focus on staff well-being and offer flexible working hours and their ethos is simple. They are transparent. They are fair. They are collaborative.

They are now looking for a part time HR Administrator who can come in on a part time basis and help with their ever growing business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Employee Lifecycle: From welcoming new starters and processing contractual changes to assisting with the leaver process, you'll be key to a smooth employee journey.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensuring all employee data, both digital and physical, is up-to-date and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • HR System Management: Helping to keep HR Information System (HRIS) accurate and generating useful reports.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Supporting our recruitment efforts, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews.
  • Payroll Coordination: Providing accurate information to our Finance team for payroll processing.
  • General HR Support: Being the first point of contact for general HR queries, preparing HR documents, and assisting with various HR projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally within a busy office environment. Previous HR administration experience is a bonus!
  • Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Super Organised: You're a master of managing your time, prioritising tasks, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can chat clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
  • Confidential: You understand the importance of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proactive & A Team Player: You're happy to take initiative and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
