HR Advisor

Wise May are looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to work for a traditional Insurance Company in the City of London. You will be working as part of a small HR team of 3 so HR Generalist / Advisor experience is essential for this role.

3 days a week (Tuesdays in the office, Friday + 1 other day working from home)

Hours 9-5

£66K FTE (£40K for 3 days)

Duties Include:

• Provide guidance to Managers and employees on policies, procedures and best practice
• Performance Management

• Exposure to International HR

Skills:

• CIPD qualified (or working towards)
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office
