Job Description - HR Advisor

Our Client
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Adviser to lead our clients HR and Talent Acquisition strategy.

The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Talent Acquisition
Craft compelling job adverts and post across careers pages, job boards, and social networks
Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies to position the firm as a top regional employer
Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews and candidate evaluations
Support the graduate recruitment and early careers programmes

HR Onboarding

Prepare and send offer letters, request references, and issue contracts
Coordinate start dates and manage the full induction process
Oversee probationary period reviews

Ongoing HR Support

Manage HR communications including promotion letters and internal notifications
Support the administration of holidays, absences, and benefits
Participate in cyclical HR processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and trainee assessments
Administer healthcare benefits and manage exit interviews and leaver processes
Oversee personal development reviews and ensure CPD compliance
Support HR and operations on talent-related initiatives

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Flexible and adaptable you are deadline-driven with a passion to deliver best in class service.

This role can be full time or part time.
