Are you passionate about HR and looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support their Global Resources team! This is a temporary, full-time position which offers remote working!

Contract Details:

• Duration: ASAP until 19th December
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 34.5 hours (core hours 10-4)
• Company Type: international animal charity
• Pay Rate: £14.50ph - £15
• Location: Remote with occasional visits to the London office in London Bridge

What You'll Do:
As our HR Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering effective HR support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• HR Platform Support: Assist in rolling out a new HR system-uploading data, testing functionality, and answering queries
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, interview schedules, and onboarding processes for new hires
• Leave Management: Log leave requests and ensure compliance with policies
• HR Advisory: Handle internal queries and draught necessary documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with employment legislation and EDI practises
• Experience in HR, preferably in the charity sector
• Proficiency in managing sensitive data and HR platforms
