Role:HR Data Administrator/Analyst
Location:Coventry
Contract: 6 Months (3 Days A Week)
Day Rate: Up to £200/day (All in)
Support Smarter HR Systems with One of Europe’s Leading Distributors
We’re working with a major European distributor undergoing a transformation of their HR systems and processes. They’re now looking for a part-time HR Data Administrator/Analyst to support the HR Systems team with data management, reporting, and compliance.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys cleaning, organising, and handling sensitive HR data and who’s confident navigating legacy systems and older file structures.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing HR data across legacy systems, backup drives, and SharePoint
Supporting HR with ad hoc data queries and reporting tasks
Locating, verifying and cleaning historical HR records
Maintaining compliance and integrity across sensitive employee data
Identifying gaps, errors, or inconsistencies using logical reasoning
What They’re Looking For
Experience handling HR data or other confidential records
Familiarity with older file systems, legacy databases, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
Able to work independently and problem-solve with minimal direction
