Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a dynamic IT services business?

We’re seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to join a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Watford. You'll play a key role in supporting the leadership team and driving people strategy, with a particular focus on IT recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing end-to-end HR operations
• Managing recruitment processes, with a strong focus on IT/technical hiring
• Supporting performance management, onboarding, and employee relations
• Providing HR guidance in line with employment legislation
• Helping shape and maintain a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced MSP environment

Key Requirements:

• Proven HR experience, ideally within the MSP or IT services sector
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment
• Confident handling HR matters independently and strategically
• CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
