HR Manager (Fixed Term 12 months initially)

Working for a multi-academy to support schools in the area, working closely with head teachers, executive Directors and the wider teams.

The role requires a HR generalist with exposure to a variety of ER case work along with any project experience. A working knowledge of unions is desirable also. You will need to be able to form strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
