HR Manager - Part Time

My client is a leading local school, looking to recruit a part time HR Manager, to oversee the day-to-day HR requirements for the school.

As an integral member of the senior leadership team, you will work across the different staffing groups, providing expert, best-practice advice across a broad range of areas, including recruitment, policy and process administration and performance management.   You will also assume responsibility for leading on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, effective resolutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A comprehensive understanding of employment law and best-practice HR processes;
• Education sector experience
• The confidence and credibility to advise senior leaders on employment law
• A passion for the development, engagement, and support of employees at all levels across the school

The position is offered on a flexible hours and days structure; whether it is shortened hours across 5 days or fewer days per week.
