Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a part time position? My client can be flexible about how the week is structured, but it would particularly suit candidate looking for shorter working day.

The role is working for a well established and growing medium sized business within the engineering manufacturing sector.

This is a generalist position to tasks will be varied and include employee relations, recruitment, payroll and HR advisory services.

The Role

1. Part time, permanent, office based role within the engineering sector.
2. Flexibility on how the hours are structured
3. Generalist, stand alone position covering a variety of HR related tasks

The Person

1. Working experience in a generalist HR position
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
3. Ability to work autonomously
