About the Role

As the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the people strategy and providing expert HR guidance across the business. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and fostering a positive work culture. While primarily office-based in Banbury, this role may involve occasional travel to other sites.

What We're Looking For

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in generalist HR roles
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
