Part time HR Officer

Monday - Friday
11:00 - 15:00 office based
Up to £40,000 pro rata

If you would like to work with a supportive and hard-working HR Manager and have the responsibility of covering in their absence as well as be involved in a wide range of other HR tasks, this is the role for you.

Job role/duties

•Act as first point of contact for HR queries from all levels of stakeholder and external contacts
•Coordinate internal and external recruitment activity
•Provide advice to management
•Maintain and monitor absence levels.
•Coordinate and support grievance and disciplinary proceedings
•Maintain company training records
•Monitor time & attendance
•Be involved in the Works Council

To be considered for this roe you MUST:

•Possess CIPD level 5
•Have worked in a manufacturing environment
•Be highly computer literate
•Ideally have SAP experience
•Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Possess a strong understanding of current employment legislation
