Job Description - Human Resources Administrator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Human Resources Administrator at PLEXSYS UK, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of HR operations for our UK team. This position will work closely with local UK leadership and corporate HR to provide support across core HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, etc. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Post job advertisements and manage candidate communications
•    Coordinate and lead interviews for open positions
•    Prepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding documentation with payroll team
•    Support onboarding, including right-to-work checks
•    Be first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries for UK team
•    Other tasking duties as assigned



DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•    Previous experience in a HR role
•    Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience using an HRIS system
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
•    A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
•    A professional and friendly demeanour
