This innovative organisation is expanding their legal team and now seeks a talented In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to support its rapidly growing portfolio.

This is not your average legal department. The business has embedded AI-driven processes and leverages the LEAP case management system to deliver a seamless, modern client experience. With a streamlined and agile team, you'll be working alongside professionals who value efficiency, tech-forward thinking, and commercial awareness.

You'll handle a dynamic caseload covering:

• Residential and commercial property transactions (including secured lending and bridging finance)
• Leasehold and freehold matters
• Supporting the operational and credit teams with legal input on complex matters

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to bring their private practice experience in-house, working as a true commercial partner to the business.

We're keen to hear from:

• Qualified Solicitors with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong background in land transactions, finance-backed deals, or bridging/commercial lending
• A tech-savvy mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced, modern environment

• Based in Chesterfield with free on-site parking
• Close to rail and major transport links
• Hybrid working available (2-3 days per week in office)

• £55,000 to £75,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Performance-based bonus
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 4% contributory pension scheme
