Infrastructure Project Manager | London | Up to £750/day | Hybrid

A professional services client of ours is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager, with experience in delivering infrastructure upgrade projects across Windows, Linux and Network projects. They are seeking a confident communicator who can engage in in-depth technical discussions with IT teams and translate complex concepts for senior business stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery through robust governance and stage-gating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure upgrade projects (Windows, Linux and Network upgrades)
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, speaking their language to drive alignment and resolve issues.
• Engage with business stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
• Implement and maintain strong governance processes, including stage-gating, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to engage in in-depth technical conversations with IT teams and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance, including stage-gating processes, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams.
