Are you an experienced inspection professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance? Our client, a leader in the electrical manufacturing industry, is seeking two Test Inspection Operatives (Level 2) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your inspection expertise in a structured and supportive environment, with full training provided.

• Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of electrical and mechanical components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final test inspections, documenting results and identifying non-conformities.
• Support incoming inspection and metrology activities, maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
• Assist in the development and refinement of inspection and testing protocols in line with quality management systems.
• Participate in Gauge R&R studies and support calibration of test and measurement equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve test-related issues and improve product reliability.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Previous experience in a test or inspection role within a manufacturing or engineering environment (Level 2 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with inspection tools, test equipment, and quality documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
• A good record of attendance and reliability.
