Interim Accountant Netsuite process improvement

We’re excited to be partnering with a growing organisation in Romford to recruit a proactive and solutions-driven Interim Accountant for a key 3-month assignment. This role is focused on NetSuite optimisation and business process improvement — perfect for someone who thrives on making a tangible impact.

As an Interim Accountant, you will…

• Assess existing financial and accounting processes within NetSuite.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend effective process improvements.

• Lead the implementation of updated workflows and best practices.

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of changes.

• Deliver training and documentation to support new processes.

• Ensure all improvements align with financial regulations and internal controls.

• Produce clear, actionable reports on project progress and outcomes.

As an Interim Accountant, you will need…

• Proven experience in accounting roles with a strong focus on process optimisation.

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP, with hands-on implementation or enhancement experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently.

• Experience in a similar interim or project-based accounting role.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest NetSuite features and updates.

• A 3-month interim assignment with potential for extension.

• A competitive day rate (likely outside IR35).
