Interim Financial Controller – 10-Month FTC
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively partnering with a key client in Rotherham, seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support them for a 10-month fixed-term contract.

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance with regulations.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/UK GAAP.

• Manage audits, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors.

• Oversee product costing, stock valuation, variance analysis, and margin reporting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, providing variance analysis and insights.

• Monitor cash flow, optimise working capital, and manage banking relationships.

• Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and drive process improvements.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP, cost accounting, and financial controls.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
