A respected SME community-based housing provider is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Manager to support their senior leadership team on a part-time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, sector insight, and the ability to hit the ground running in a values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Lead on any statutory reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Support strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk assurance.

• Support and motivate a small finance team.

About You:

• An experienced, hands on Finance Manager with a strong track record in Social Housing (essential)

• Able to produce clear and timely financial reports for a range of stakeholders.

• Confident in managing cashflow, budgets, audits, and service charges.
