Interim Head of Quality

Are you a seasoned quality leader ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Interim Head of Quality to lead and elevate the quality function of a leading Manufacturer during a critical period of transformation and growth.

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all aspects of quality within the manufacturing operation.

• Drive improvements in quality systems, processes, and compliance to industry standards

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major quality issues and customer concerns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product and process integrity.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, training, and accountability throughout the organisation.

• Prepare for and lead external audits, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met.

• Proven experience as a Head of Quality or senior quality leader within a manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, or similar preferred).

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements under tight timelines.

• Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving skills.

• Available at short notice and comfortable in an interim/contract setting.
