Interim HR Coordinator - Part-Time

We are looking for an Interim P/T HR Coordinator to join an established not for profit organisation. This Interim HR Coordinator will be expected to work 21 hours over 3 days in a hybrid capacity - Working days include Mon-Wed, with Tuesday in the office.

This role will require the Interim HR Coordinator to deal with a variety of HR administration. This includes Recruitment Administration, for example co-ordinating interviews, co-ordinating interview feedback, placing adverts. Alongside this you will be doing other HR tasks such as data inputting, updating and organising files. This Interim HR Coordinator will take minutes during ER procedures, as well as monitor sickness and absence within the organisation.

To be considered for this Interim HR Coordinator role you must hold good HR administration / HR Coordination experience. For this Interim HR Coordinator role you must be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and really want the opportunity to prove themselves, as well as be computer savvy. In this Interim HR Coordinator you will be using Cascade, previous experience of using this HR database would prove advantageous. This Interim HR Coordinator will be a great position for someone who really wants to develop further and learn more within a HR framework, you will be part of a small team and as a result will gain lots of HR exposure enabling you to learn on the job and develop quickly - great for someone who is motivated to prove themselves.
