Position: Interim HR Support

Satis Education are seeking interim HR Support for our client trust in North London, to cover a long- term sickness absence. The role is expected to be for at least 6 months.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have experience within the education sector
• Be able to provide the trust with succinct and consistent guidance, whilst developing and maintaining HR policies and documentation
• Be self-motivated and provide appropriate and effective employee engagement
• Be qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum

Our client trust has four schools, so you will be expected to travel between sites and spend a minimum of 3 days per week on site, ensuring the Headteachers are fully supported and guided on HR matters.
