We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to support their residential/nursing service.

?? Key Responsibilities ??
Clinical oversight of the service
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Lead by example with team members - Strong leader

?? Requirements ??
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Understanding of safety, safeguarding, and commercial operations.
Experienced learning disabilities manager
Strong clinical knowledge (PIN not required, but preferable)
