Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Manager to support our client's residential service.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Lead by example, ensuring strong culture in the service
Build strong relationships both internal and external

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
DBS on the update service
Highly experienced Older Persons, Residential Manager
