As Payroll Specialist, you will…

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and monthly cycles, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile payroll reports, PAYE, NI, pensions, and HMRC submissions in line with statutory deadlines
• Support the migration and integration of payroll systems, identifying opportunities for automation
• Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies promptly, delivering a high standard of employee service
• Liaise with HR and finance colleagues to ensure data integrity across departments
• Assist with reporting, audit preparation, and process documentation

To succeed as Payroll Specialist, you’ll need…

• Experience in a payroll-focused role, ideally within a high-volume or multi-site environment
• Strong technical understanding of UK payroll legislation, RTI, auto-enrolment, and statutory payments
• A proactive, organised approach and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
• Experience using systems such as Sage Payroll, ADP, or similar
