Regional Financial Controller – Outside IR35
£350–£450 per day | 4-month contract | Hybrid (Rotherham-based) | Immediate Start

Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively supporting a leading manufacturing business in Rotherham during a key period of transformation. We’re looking to appoint an experienced Regional Financial Controller on an interim basis for approximately 4 months, with a focus on commercial finance and regional oversight across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the EMEA region

• Deliver performance analysis, reporting, and insightful financial commentary

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making

• Oversee reporting and controls for smaller entities

• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Support change initiatives during a period of organisational transition

Key Skills & Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Strong commercial and analytical skills

• Confident in Excel and financial systems

• Comfortable working independently and across teams

• International experience preferred

• Must live within a commutable distance to Rotherham – hybrid working with on-site presence as required
