Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCo looking for a new opportunity to make a difference? A thriving primary school within a respected Multi Academy Trust are seeking an Interim SENCo to join their supportive and passionate team on a part time basis. You'd be joining them after Easter till the end of the next academic year.

• Position: Interim SENCo

• Start Date: Easter

• Contract: Interim, part-time (negotiable)

• Location: Midlands

About the Role: In this crucial role, you will lead on the provision for pupils with special educational needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. You'll be responsible for coordinating SEND strategies, supporting staff with tailored interventions, and working closely with families to foster an inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National SENCo Award.

• A proven track record in supporting pupils with SEND in a primary school setting.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies.
