The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Engagement and Internal Communications Coordinator to join a leading services based organisation at their offices in Basildon on a 12 months fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
This job is hybrid working with 3 days working in their offices and 2 days working from home but they are also open to candidates seeking Part Time work which would be 4 days (0.8 FTE).
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £33,000 along with a generous company benefits package. On completion of the full 12 months contact, they are also offering, a £2000 loyalty bonus, in recognition of the valued support provided to the team over the course of the 12 months contract.

About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an employee engagement and / or an internal communications role. You will be a creative thinker who can build strong relationships with colleagues inside and outside of your immediate team.
This role requires an enthusiastic and outgoing personality who is able to drive employee engagement throughout a company and promote the company culture.
