Job Description - International Admissions Officer

Job role: International Admissions Officer (Part-Time)
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to the Richmond upon Thames area
Pay rate: £18.23p/h plus holiday pay
Working Hours: 2 days per week (Monday & Wednesday, 9:00am – 5pm)
Start Date: Monday 21st July
End Date: Friday 12th September (with potential for extension)

Do you have CAS processing experience with higher education?

Join a small dynamic team, led by the International Admissions Manager, working to process a high volume of applications from international students during the busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the efficient admission of international (including EU) students to UG and PG courses.
Support CAS issuance, including document checks and use of the SMS system for international and pathway students.
Respond to queries regarding CAS, UKVI regulations, and Student Route visas.
Assist with confirmation and clearing procedures in line with UCAS guidelines, ensuring a smooth applicant experience.

About you:

Hands on experience with UKVI/CAS processing
Prior work in university admissions
