Inventory Clerk

About us:

Verismart West Cumbria are a trusted provider of property inventory services and compliance assessments within the rental market, providing our services to landlords, letting agents and tenants across our area. Services include, inventories, mid-term inspections, check -in and check -out reports, fire risk assessments, EPC’s, legionella risk assessments, smoke and CO alarm installation and testing.

Role:

We are looking for an organised, detail orientated and reliable self employed inventory clerk to join the team. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating inventories and schedule of conditions, performing mid-term inspections, generating check-in and check -out reports along with the additional tasks to ensure each property is complaint.

What we are looking for:

• Attention to details
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good IT skills with the ability to learn a bespoke software package
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
• DBS Check is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
