IP Pharmacist

We are looking for a Regular Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist to join our growing team at Crwys Pharmacy, Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering NHS Wales clinical services (including CAS and Independent Prescribing) as well as private services and be actively involved as part of a forward-thinking, patient-centred pharmacy team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years UK community pharmacy experience
• Must be patient centred and able to manage workload effectively
• Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
• Experience tutoring Student and foundation trainees as DS/DPP (Preferable) 
• Use of Titan PMR (Preferable)
• Managerial experience preferable (including end of month sorting, NECAF claiming, managing staff)
