Days/Hours: Part-Time | 2.5 days per week

Travel: Monthly travel to regional offices required

?I? am seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ISO Management Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement o?f? my clients ISO management systems. This temporary, part-time role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in ISO standards who can work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards, streamlining documentation, and preparing for internal and external audits.

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 management systems (or specify applicable standards)

• Conduct internal audits and support audit readiness for external assessments

• Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing ISO documentation including manuals, procedures, and forms

• Support training initiatives and promote awareness of ISO standards across departments

• Analy?se findings and recommend process improvements

• Collaborate with department leads to implement corrective and preventive actions

• Travel to other company office locations once per month for audit support, training, and collaboration

• Proven experience with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001 or relevant)

• Strong organi?sational, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time capacity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems

• Flexibility to travel to regional offices as required (once monthly)

• Hours: Equivalent to 2.5 days per week
