Transform IT Service Management in Commodities Trading

We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the commodities trading sector who needs an experienced Ivanti ITSM Developer to modernise their service management platform. This 6-month contract opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on critical systems that power trading operations and enterprise-wide services.

Your Role and Impact ??

As the Ivanti ITSM Developer, you'll have technical ownership and creative freedom to:

• Architect and implement a comprehensive modernisation strategy
• Design and build an intuitive, cutting-edge self-service portal
• Optimise ITIL-compliant workflows to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced trading environment
• Develop integrations between Ivanti and critical platforms like JIRA
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the platform

You'll work directly with a lean, dynamic team and have access to key stakeholders, ensuring your ideas translate into meaningful improvements for trading and support operations.

Skills and Experience ??

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Ivanti expertise – 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM development, configuration and administration
• ITIL knowledge – Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices
• Technical abilities – Proficiency in system integrations, SQL, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
• Problem-solving skills – Ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions
• Communication talent – Capacity to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
