As a Key Account Export Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing one of our clients key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your expertise in AOG (Aircraft on Ground), BOXTOP, and ASM will be vital in driving our export operations forward.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and nurture relationships with a key account to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Utilise your skills in AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and optimise processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in export operations and account management.
• Strong knowledge of AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
