• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment to support all learners
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure continued development

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and inclusive setting
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 (preferred but not essential)
