The Role: You will lead a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons that promote progress and foster independence. You will work alongside a parallel class teacher and be supported by dedicated teaching assistants and subject leaders.

Person Specification:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or interest in KS1 teaching

· A secure knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, assessment, and teaching strategies

· Commitment to raising standards and providing an inclusive, engaging learning environment

· Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families

· A reflective practitioner keen to develop professionally and contribute to whole-school initiatives

· Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for inspiring children
