• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support all pupils
• Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continued development

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and supportive setting
• Encourage students' confidence, independence, and love for learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
