KS2 Class Teacher

Location: Southwark, South East London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience and scale)

Remedy Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southwark to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to start in September 2025. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for teachers who are committed to making a long-term impact.

• Full-time KS2 class teacher position within a vibrant and supportive primary school

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and achievement

• Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with the national curriculum

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and SLT to raise standards across the school

• Support children's personal development and well-being

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks

• Ability to differentiate learning and support pupils with varying needs

• High expectations for both behaviour and achievement

• Strong classroom management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching

• A supportive and inclusive school community

• A well-resourced learning environment

• Opportunities for continued professional development

• Strong leadership and a clear vision for progress

• The potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period
