Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 teacher looking for a part-time role in a supportive and community-focused school?

Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Bridgwater to recruit a KS2 Class Teacher for a 0.5 FTE or 0.6 FTE position starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator seeking a balanced work schedule while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

The Role:

• Teaching a KS2 class (specific year group to be confirmed)
• 0.6 = 3 Days or 0.5 - 4 mornings
• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing in collaboration with the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Has recent experience teaching in KS2
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one!
