Your new role

KS2 supply teachers play a vital role in ensuring consistency and learning momentum when classroom teachers are unavailable. By leading engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 year groups, you'll help keep students motivated and focused. This flexible approach can pave the way to longer-term placements and even permanent roles, making supply teaching a valuable step in your teaching journey.

What you'll need to succeed

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum in subjects such as English, Maths, and Science
• Maintain a respectful classroom environment through positive behaviour management
• Establish rapport quickly with pupils and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning experience
• Adapt to a range of school environments, confidently adjusting your teaching approach to different class needs.

What you'll get in return
