Labourer

Location: York
Pay Rate: Competitve 
Job Type: 6 weeks 
Hours: Up to 50hrs a week

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a team at a factory facility in York. This is a temporary role for up to 6 weeks, use of hand drills is required to fit and install a rail track system in a factory setting. other duties may include maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general tasks around the site.

• Assisting with loading/unloading materials and stock movement
• Keeping the factory floor clean, organized, and safe
• Supporting machine operators and other staff as needed
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Performing manual handling tasks and general labouring duties

• Valid CSCS card (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
• Awareness of health and safety regulations
• Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis vest)
