L&D Manager EMEA - Digital

We're partnering with a global leader in digital space to find an experienced Learning & Development Manager to support their high-performing EMEA sales team on a 12 month temp basis. This role focuses on building and delivering world-class training programs that drive performance, product knowledge, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales training experience within B2B or tech, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for enabling commercial teams. You'll be responsible for onboarding new hires, supporting product launches, and working closely with regional leadership to address development needs.

A background in digital advertising, mobile apps, or performance marketing is a strong advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning strategy at scale within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role is based in London, 3 days in the office.
