Learning Mentors Needed - Bodmin & Surrounding Areas
Location: Bodmin and surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive daily rates
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for Learning Mentors to support schools in Bodmin and nearby areas. These are full-time positions, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30, and are ideal for anyone who's passionate about supporting young people both in and out of the classroom.

Due to the travel involved, applicants must have a full, clean driving licence.

As a Learning Mentor, you'll be working 1:1 with students - helping them with academic progress, emotional regulation, and social development. You'll play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and stay engaged in their education.

What we're looking for:

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area (preferable)

• Experience in education, youth work, care, sports coaching or mental health

• A calm, confident and consistent approach

• Someone reliable, punctual and flexible

• Full-time availability and a full UK driving licence
